Job Description

Role Description- Senior Manager Architect (10-12 years experience)

This is a full-time Senior Manager - Architect role located in Gurugram at Indiabulls enterprises.

The Senior Manager - Architect will be responsible for coordinating and managing architectural projects, ensuring design excellence, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and upholding companys standards of quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Architectural design and project management skills

Experience in coordinating with internal and external teams

Knowledge of building regulations and codes

Strong communication and leadership abilities

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

Certification in Green building is an added advantage.

Should have site knowledge and understanding

Should have good understanding of Design Management
