Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and technically sound Tech Lead with hands-on expertise in .NET Core, Angular, and SQL to lead a team of talented engineers. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering high-performance enterprise applications, driving best practices, and mentoring team members.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using .NET Core, Angular, and SQL Server.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and QA Engineers.
Review code, establish best coding practices, and enforce high-quality standards.
Break down complex requirements into manageable tasks and distribute them across the team.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
Ensure timely delivery of projects with proper resource planning and risk mitigation.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements for system architecture and processes.
Participate in architecture discussions, project planning, and technical decision-making.
Take ownership of end-to-end delivery and support for the applications.
