Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Make 350-380 calls per day to prospective customers.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential buyers who are actively looking for properties.
  • Customer Engagement: Understand customer requirements and provide relevant property recommendations.
  • Data Management: Maintain an accurate record of customer interactions and update leads in the CRM system.

Preferred candidate profile :

  • Experience: 0-1 years in telesales, presales, or customer service (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
  • Education: Any graduate or equivalent qualification. Skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls and engage customers effectively. Basic knowledge of real estate trends is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MSOffice is an advantage.
