Outbound Calling: Make 350-380 calls per day to prospective customers.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential buyers who are actively looking for properties.
Customer Engagement: Understand customer requirements and provide relevant property recommendations.
Data Management: Maintain an accurate record of customer interactions and update leads in the CRM system.
Preferred candidate profile :
Experience: 0-1 years in telesales, presales, or customer service (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
Education: Any graduate or equivalent qualification. Skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle high-volume calls and engage customers effectively. Basic knowledge of real estate trends is a plus.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MSOffice is an advantage.
