Job Description

Primary Responsibilities: 
  • Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders to drive technical and product roadmap, prioritize and deliver features within committed time and budget
  • Guiding an engineering team to develop high-quality data pipelines
  • Offer technical guidance to internal team and business partners
  • Build and nurture a diverse and inclusive team environment, valuing every members contribution
  • Foster both team growth and individual development, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement
  • Determine impacts, resolve complex issues, and exercise sound judgment and initiative in challenging situations
  • Promote a culture of innovation and initiative
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

    •  Required Qualifications: 
  • Working experience in Agile environments and follow best practices
  • Experience in recruiting and developing teams
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including continuous integration, deployment and monitoring
  • Proven to be passionate about working with people and developing talents, mentoring and building high-performance teams
  • Proven excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement
