Job Description
Job Title: Ultrasound Advanced Development
Experience: 8 to 13 years
Location: Bangalore / Pune
Notice Period: 30 days
Mandatory skill: Mechanical background, Electromechanical assembly NPD, experience in Sheetmetal and Plastic part design, Tol stack, GTOL, Design ideas, prototyping, manufacturing background.
JD :
- Preferably worked in Medical, Automotive or Aerospace/Defense domain.
- Hands-on experienced in R&D activities (conceptualizing, 3D CAD design, teardown, testing support, Prototyping and Integration). CAD knowledge SolidWorks
- Capable to support on product design using experience in designing sheet metal and plastic part. Exposure in developing/working on Electromechanical systems
- Mandatory to have hands-on experience of tear-down/system-use/testing. perform system integration in lab environment.
- Proficient in system handling and documentation methods.
- Good to have preliminary mechanical troubleshooting skills (problem solving).
- Exposure to PDM tools (Windchill/EPM).
- Experience working in a Safe (Scaled Agile Framework) organizational model is preferred.
- Participate in Perform DFMEA/PFMEA as needed for the design.

- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Interact with cross functional teams at site. Coordinate with suppliers on the development activities
- Supplier interaction to develop prototypes and participate in technical discussions
