Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle international travel bookings, cancellations, and amendments using Amadeus and Galileo systems.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats.
  
• Resolve client queries related to flight schedules, baggage fees, seat assignments, and other travel-related issues.
  
• Process airline tickets for domestic and international flights while ensuring accurate pricing information is provided to customers.
  
• Maintain a high level of accuracy when handling multiple tasks simultaneously during peak periods.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in an International BPO environment with exposure to GDS (Global Distribution System) platforms like Amadeus/Galileo.
  
• Strong knowledge of air ticketing procedures including domestic/international voice process operations.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
