Job Description

JOB POSITION : HR RECRUITER (FRESHERS / PAID INTERNSHIP)

SALARY : 12K - 15K + INCENTIVE

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

Calling agents and candidates for the client Requirements
Sending the updated requirements to the agents.
Screening the Cvs and shortlisting as per the client Requirements.
Building a strong candidate pipeline for the companys current and future workforce needs.
Assessing and updating an organizations talent information and potential requirements.
Framing and implementing effective sourcing strategies by collaborating with the recruitment team.
