We are currently looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall technical transformation implementation at the client end. The candidate should have a minimum of 15+ years of overall experience with at least 10 years of experience in Salesforce. Additionally, the candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering large transformation projects in Salesforce. Experience in managing Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud (SFI) projects or Telecom domain customers is preferred. The objectives of this role include strategizing, implementing, and maintaining program initiatives that align with organizational and client objectives. The candidate will also be responsible for developing program assessment protocols for the evaluation and improvement of Digital Transformation projects, maintaining organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance, overseeing multiple project teams to ensure program goals are met, and managing budget and funding channels for maximum productivity. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in Delivery Management with over 10 years of experience.
