Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Associate Chat Process
Location: Malad, Mumbai
Company: Teleperformance (Banking process - Fraud Division)

Shift & Salary

24/7 rotational shifts (9-hour login)
2 rotational week-offs
Salary: Up to 28,000/- ( Approx 23 to 24k ih)

Job Overview

Teleperformance is hiring for its Chat Support Team to handle customer queries related to fraud, disputes, and general banking services in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via chat.
Handle fraud/dispute-related issues accurately.
Maintain service quality and data confidentiality.
Document chats and escalate complex cases.

Requirements

Graduate (mandatory)
Good written English communication
Freshers & experienced candidates welcome
Cluster 2/Banking experience is a plus
