Job Description
CholaMS General Insurance
Location - Ratnagiri, Kolhapur, Pune
CTC - Range INR 3.00 upto 5.00 LPA and Incentives + Allowance
Role & responsibilities
- Must have the ability to recruit and license Insurance advisors, drive the team of these advisors to generate business and expand the business.
- Should have the bandwidth to handle more than one distribution channel
- Should be adept at multi-tasking (handle sales and operations on an on-going basis, if the need arises)
- Will be responsible for achieving the business targets set for the location.
- To develop adequate market intelligence to acquire business by establishing, positioning the Chola MS brand and growing the brand.
Preferred candidate profile
- Good Knowledge in office applications such as Excel, Word and Power Point
- General Insurance experience in Agency Channel
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Should ensure the desired Product Mix is achieved, thereby ensuring the desired profitability
- Age Upto 35yr
- Any Graduate
