Recruit & train POSP insurance agents
Maintain relation with the insurance agents
Develop & implement sales strategies
Generate report on sales performance & market trends

Required Candidate profile

2 to 7 years of experience in General insurance sales
Experience in insurance agent recruitment
Willingness to do field sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's Degree is must
