Job Description
We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy IT E-Learning Content Developer to design, develop, and deliver engaging digital learning content for IT-related topics. The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design, e-learning tools, and a strong grasp of technical subjects.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Develop and design e-learning modules, videos, quizzes, and interactive content for IT training.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to convert complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand learning material.
- Use tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Canvas or similar to build content.
- Ensure alignment with instructional design standards and best practices.
- Update and maintain content as per new technology trends and curriculum needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science stream (B.sc, BCA, B.Tech , MCA, M.Sc)
- 06 months to 2 years of experience in e-learning content development (preferably for IT/technical domains).
- Basic understanding of e-learning tools and LMS platforms.
- Strong communication and visualization skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Immediate to 30 days of joiner preferred.
