Greetings of the day!

We are Hiring for,   Agency Manager   An agency sales manager's primary responsibility is to manage agency channel sales for the company. He/ she is responsible for recruit agents, training agents and achieving sales targets for the team. Primary job responsibilities of an agency sales manager are sales target achievement and effective team management.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for:- Agent Recruitment Agent Development Meet Business targets
Customer Centricity Key Responsibilities: Agent Recruitment:- Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line. Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring. . Ensure product knowledge by Insurance companies ways of training. Field demonstration
(FODs). Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits. Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals. Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same. Meet Business Targets:-
Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans. Improve agent productivity & persistency ,
Minimum Education:- Graduate preferably with an MBA/Post Graduation , Candidate Specification:- Age between 22-40 years. Work experience Minimum 6 Months and Maximum- 3 yrs and above in any sales .
In some companies 12 th pass is eligible for an Agency Channel. CTC : Fixed 2.5 lacs + Monthly reimbursement up to 3 K
Experienced Required : Minimum 2 years
Age : Minimum 27 years & Maximum 45 years
