Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough credit appraisal and analysis of proposals to assess borrower's creditworthiness.
- Review financial statements, cash flows, and other relevant documents to determine loan eligibility.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures related to credit underwriting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in Home Loan Credit Underwriting or similar role.
- CA (Any Specialization) or MBA/PGDM (Any Specialization).
- Strong understanding of credit policy, risk analysis, processing, and underwriting principles.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
