Key Responsibilities

• Act as the product owner for Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and related AI collaboration tools.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services.
• Lead governance efforts, including evaluating monthly feature releases, determining enablement or disablement strategies, and communicating changes to the business.
• Partner with business units to identify use cases, gather requirements, and guide the creation of Copilot Studio agents or escalation to Azure AI when appropriate.
• Provide strategic guidance on when to use SharePoint Copilot versus Copilot Studio or Azure AI, ensuring the right tool is used for the right scenario.
• Monitor usage metrics to track adoption, identify underutilized licenses, and implement license reclamation strategies.
• Enable and support business users in agent creation, offering best practices and hands-on support for Copilot Studio development.
• Stay current on Microsofts AI roadmap and proactively assess opportunities to enhance digital workplace productivity.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure responsible AI usage and alignment with enterprise policies.
