Adobe Workfront Developer @ Hexaware Technologies

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert on best practices for Adobe Workfront implementations.
• Implement and maintain Adobe Workfront solutions at an enterprise level, ensuring scalability and alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain custom forms, request queues, templates, reports, dashboards, user roles, and permissions within Adobe Workfront.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for Adobe Workfront processes and configurations.
• Automate workflows and processes using Workfront Fusion.
• Integrate Adobe Workfront with other platforms such as DAM, CRMs, and other MarTech tools to enable seamless data flow and collaboration.
• Provide strategic guidance on Workfront governance, user adoption, and change management planning to ensure long-term success.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer initiatives to empower end users and enhance organizational proficiency.

Desired Experience

• Extensive experience with Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion, and Workfront API, including automation and integration capabilities.
• Strong background in enterprise-level implementations of Adobe Workfront, with a proven track record of success.
• Familiarity with enterprise-level data security and compliance requirements.
• Experience working with MarTech platforms, CRMs, and other enterprise systems to enable integrations with Workfront.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools to align Workfront configurations with organizational workflows.
• Expertise in creating user-friendly dashboards, reports, and templates in Workfront to support decision-making and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with Workfront API and advanced customization techniques to tailor the platform to specific business needs.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to conduct engaging training sessions for diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize Workfront processes.
