Job Description


Key Responsibilities:


Work Location- Noida

Shift- 8 PM to 5 AM (IST)

  • Generate high-quality leads through targeted outbound campaigns (cold emails, LinkedIn outreach ) for IT services such as cloud, managed services, testing services or custom software development.
  • Conduct initial qualification calls to assess IT needs, pain points, budget, and project timelines.
  • Work with marketing and presales to craft personalized outreach and solution-oriented messaging based on industry verticals.
  • Coordinate with the presales team to schedule and support product demos, discovery calls, and technical presentations.
  • Maintain accurate data in the CRM and update lead status, notes, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in preparing solution briefs, case studies, and pitch decks for outreach and early-stage discussions.
