Job Description

To handle the secretarial activities of an unlisted public company
Preparation of notice,agenda and minutes of board and committee meetings.
conducting board and committee meetings.
Responsible for preparation & filing forms complying companies Act, 2013
To communicate with Board of directors & make arrangements for conducting meeting
Conducting & Coordinating meetings of internal committees of the company.
Worked at one of the top tier audit firms, Demonstrate a flair for accounting & MIS reporting. IMS and FMS business experience will be an added advantage.
