Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Address user tickets related to hardware, software, and networking

    • Guide customers through installation of applications and peripherals

    • Troubleshoot technical issues both remotely and in person

    • Document issues and solutions for future reference

    • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support

    • Ensure user systems are fully functional and up to date

    • Assist in creating technical manuals and documentation

    Required Skills:

    • Familiarity with Windows/Linux/Mac OS

    • Basic knowledge of routers, switches, and networking

    • Experience with printers, scanners, and office automation tools

    • Understanding of antivirus programs and cybersecurity best practices

    • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills

    • Customer-focused approach
