Job Description

We are seeking a Plant Support Engineer with strong experience in GxP application support and IT systems deployment. The role involves providing daily support for QC and Production systems, handling user management, backups, and preventive maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with GxP guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for IT applications deployment and rollouts at centralized and site-level environments

• Monitor daily data backups and restorations in GxP systems (Acronis and Veeam) as per established schedules and procedures

• Handle user creation, modification, and privilege management for QC & Production system instruments

• Conduct monthly activities including manual backups, backup restoration, preventive maintenance, and Windows controls for equipment

• Support EVAL Qualifications and execution of IQ/OQ protocols for equipment as per SOPs

• Configure MES applications in user systems based on requirements

• Manage MES & LIMS user creation/reset/disable/unbinding

• Resolve hardware & software issues, and manage GxP tickets in ServiceNow
