Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Associate Management Accounts for our Indore office. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end finance and accounting processes for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage General Ledger and sub-ledger accounting
Handle Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R)
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closing reports
Assist with annual financial statements, statutory accounting, and audits
Maintain trackers, MIS, issue logs; process payments & disbursements
Escalate issues promptly to seniors; ensure 100% SLA adherence

Key Requirements:

Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter both groups)
24 years of experience in accounting or management accounts
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred: KPO/BPO background; IFRS knowledge; experience in lease accounting, intercompany transactions, or SPV accounting
