Job Description

Day-to-Day Accounting: Manage and maintain accurate accounting entries and books of accounts.

SAP Expertise: Proficient in using SAP software for managing accounting processes and financial transactions.

Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR): Efficiently handle and track AP/AR, ensuring timely payments and collections.

Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank accounts, ensuring accuracy and identifying discrepancies.

Ledger Scrutiny: Perform detailed scrutiny of general ledgers and ensure proper documentation of transactions.

GST & TDS Returns: Prepare GST and TDS returns and ensure full statutory compliance with applicable tax laws.

Monthly Closing & MIS Reports: Assist in the monthly closing process and preparation of Management Information System (MIS) reports.

Audit Support: Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documents and addressing queries.

Payroll & Expense Reimbursements: Assist with payroll entries and manage employee expense reimbursements in compliance with company policies.
