Job Description: Entry Level Finance Role (Junior Executive/ Executive)
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Professional to join our team. This role involves managing key financial processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tax compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable/Receivable:
- Process vendor invoices and employee expense claims.
- Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Process customer invoices and collect payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare bank reconciliations.
Tax Compliance:
- Calculate and remit TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and GST (Goods and Services Tax).
- Prepare and file tax returns.
General Accounting:
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Support other accounting functions as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Good knowledge of TDS and GST regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Desired Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Additional Information: Open to candidates from any industry background.
Salary Range: Competitive and Corresponding with experience.
Start Date: Immediate or within 30 days.
Job Location: Financial District (Nanakramguda), Hyderabad
Workweek: 6 days (Mon-Sat) Shift Time: 9 AM to 5.30 PM
