Job Description

Location: Dwarka, Delhi
What Youll Do:
- Responsible for the overall operation of the Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD).
- Manage the daily operations of the CSSD, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practices.
- Manage a team of technicians and supervisors, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective performance.
What We Are Looking For:
- Diploma with 10-15 years experience in managing CSSD department and team handling
- Basic computer operations (Typing, Email, MS-office usage)
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
