International Non Voice - Chat Support for WFH

Role & responsibilities:

Fresher / Experience can apply. Experienced should have necessary documents.Under Graduate or Graduate can applyCandidate should have excellent communication skills.

Job Description:

• Work Mode: Work From Home
• Inbound process
• Working days: 5.5 days with 6 monthly rotational off.
• Preferred Candidates: Immediate Joiners
• Preferred Languages: Candidate who have excellent English communication no MTI (mother tongue influence)
• Excellent communication skills are Mandatory.
• Should have typing speed of 30 wpm with 90% accuracy.
• Salary- 27k inhand

Preferred Candidates:

• Should have excellent command in English communication, spoken, reading and writing
• Should be tech savvy and smart
• Should have technical knowledge about phones, laptops and current products along with trouble shooting knowledge
• Preferred candidates from ICSE , CBSE board, Science stream, Btech, Bsc, Bca etc.
