Job Description
Job Title: Senior Java Developer
Location: Sector 39, Gurugram, Haryana
Work Type: Full-Time | 5 Days Onsite (Monday to Friday)
Experience Required: 5+ Years
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic team in Gurugram Sector 39. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java development, with the ability to design, develop, and maintain complex enterprise-level applications. This is a full-time, onsite role requiring presence at our office 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable Java applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and DevOps.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Maintain and improve legacy systems as needed.
- Follow Agile development practices and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- Strong proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), and Hibernate/JPA.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and Maven/Gradle.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
- Good understanding of SQL and experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Docker.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
