Job Description
Responsibilities
- Generate original and innovative graphic and video content ideas, enhancing brand visibility across social channels, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Design digital assets like social media graphics, infographics, website visuals, and ad banners that align with brand identity.
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit videos, including promotional materials, product demos, and client testimonials.
- Create animations and motion graphics that add depth and engagement to video content.
- Maintain consistent quality and adhere to brand standards without the need for continuous oversight.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams, contributing ideas that enhance cross-functional projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years in graphic design and video production, preferably within the IT industry.
- Must be comfortable taking creative initiatives, managing independent projects, and adding value without relying on constant guidance.
- Design Tools:
- Adobe Creative Suite: Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Other Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and InDesign.
- Video & Animation Tools:
- Video Editing Software: Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Animation & Motion Graphics: Proficiency in After Effects, Blender, or Cinema 4D.
- 3D Design: Experience with 3D tools is a plus.
- UX/UI Design: Knowledge of UX/UI principles for optimizing web visuals.
Preferred Traits
- Ability to ideate and execute without frequent guidance, ensuring content is original and aligned with marketing goals.
- A solutions-oriented mindset that contributes unique ideas and finds creative ways to overcome design challenges.
- Familiarity with the IT sectors digital landscape, including social media trends and best practices in digital marketing.
