Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for four experienced Delivery Managers to oversee and drive successful delivery across Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, and other enterprise applications . These roles require strong leadership, execution excellence, and the ability to manage multiple teams while ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, and other enterprise applications .
- Oversee team performance, delivery timelines, and quality benchmarks .
- Collaborate with business, technical, and client teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations , ensuring proactive issue resolution.
- Drive resource planning, utilization, and talent development within delivery teams.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, governance models, and compliance standards .
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation .
Key Requirements:
10+ years of experience in IT project/delivery management, preferably in enterprise applications (Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, etc.).
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models .
Experience in stakeholder management at executive and operational levels.
Ability to drive large-scale transformation initiatives .
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills .
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
