5-8 years of experience in Sybase / SQL Server, SQL Performance tuning, SQL Query plans
Database design, Normalization & ERD
Experience in batch / bulk processing
SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
Change management process awareness
Code base management process awareness
SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) - advantage
Proficient with agile processes including story sizing, backlog management, story mapping, etc
