Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the company's products in the BFSI sector.
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing ones through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials, presentations, and pitches that resonate with clients' needs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and improve performance.

Job Requirements :

  • 3-8 years of experience in corporate sales or enterprise sales within the BFSI industry.
  • Proven track record of success in building strong relationships with key accounts and driving revenue growth through strategic account planning.
  • Strong understanding of financial services products such as insurance policies, loans, credit cards etc. .
  • Excellent business development skills including ability to identify new opportunities and build new partnerships.
