Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Field Engineer to support and maintain POS systems in retail and QSR . The role involves on-site visits, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and support POS machines and peripherals
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Visit stores for setup, maintenance, and repair
• Provide excellent customer support
• Maintain service logs and reports
  

Requirements:

• Experience with POS systems and retail/QSR IT support
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN/Wi-Fi)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours
