Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Java Backend Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot, along with experience in microservices architecture and API development. Youll work as part of a cross-functional team to deliver scalable backend solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement and manage microservices architecture for scalable and maintainable systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Apply testing patterns to ensure the quality and reliability of backend systems.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and performance tuning.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent 5+ years of relevant professional experience).
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a backend developer.
• Proficient in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Experience working with microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
• Strong knowledge of software testing patterns and best practices.
• Solid understanding of database concepts and relational DBMS.
  

Good to Have:

• Experience with cloud-based services or CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices or containerization tools.
