Job Description

Team Collaboration : Collaborate closely with product managers and team members to develop essential features and functionalities, enriching user experience.
  • Architecture and Design : Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed solutions, including architecture, design, and code.
  • Code Excellence : Write reusable, testable, and efficient code to foster a maintainable codebase.
  • Performance Optimization : Design applications to be low-latency, high-availability, and performant.
  • Security Implementation : Ensure robust security and data protection in all development stages.
  • Debugging and Troubleshooting : Address and resolve critical production-level issues.
  • Creative Problem Solving : Use creativity and analytical skills to develop effective solutions independently.
  • Timely Deliveries : Deliver features and updates on time, ensuring high quality as per the project plans.
  • Continuous Deployment and Review : Manage deployment of feature and patch releases across development, QA, and production environments and conduct thorough code reviews.
    Preferred candidate profile:-
    • Technical Proficiency : Must have a strong command over Asp.Net, C++, C#, Angular JavaScript, and IIS.
    • Database Management : Proficient in SQL Server, MongoDB, and other NoSQL databases, along with executing DB schema changes.
    • Web Services Expertise : Skilled in creating RESTful services using JSON.
    • Advanced Programming Knowledge : Experience with modern JavaScript features such as promises and async/await, and familiarity with Graph, Payment Gateway integrations, Node.js, and web sockets like socket.io.
    • Design and Usability : Expertise in designing responsive and highly interactive web applications, considering performance, scalability, and user experience.
    • Fundamentals Stronghold : Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, data structures, algorithms, and coding standards.
    • Problem Solving : Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
    • System Architecture : Ability to architect large software systems from scratch.
    • Cloud Knowledge : Experience with Google Cloud is a plus.
    • Soft Skills : Must be a team player, flexible, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
