 Your Role Domain experience in Pharma/Metals
Lead MES consulting engagements across manufacturing domains
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
Experience in requirements gathering, solution architecture, functional design and client advisory
This role requires cross functional collaboration, deep system understanding and strong communication skills
Lead workshops with clients and cross-functional (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, IT) stake holders for requirements gathering
Conduct business process assessments and fit-gap analysis for manufacturing operations
Document URS (User requirements specifications) and FRS (Functional requirements specifications)
Document AS-IS and TO-BE processes
Translate business requirements into functional and technical scalable MES solutions
Collaborate with product vendors to map system functionalities with client specific requirements/workflows
MES product hands on experience in pharma and metal domains
Candidate shall have 6 12 years of experience in MES solution consulting, implementation/configuration.
