• We are seeking an experienced Hansen Order Management (OM) Specialist to join our IT team.
• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Hansens OSS/BSS suite, with a focus on Order Management modules.
• You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of solutions within the Hansen OM environment, ensuring seamless order handling, provisioning, and customer experience.
• Strong knowledge of telecom order lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience in configuration and customization of Hansen OM.
• Experience with integration using APIs, SOAP/REST, or middleware tools.
• Understanding of service fulfillment, provisioning, and activation flows.
• Good aptitude, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
