Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Renewal Management & API Volume Expansion:
    • Monitor and assess current API usage across client accounts to identify opportunities for volume increase and long-term contract extensions.
    • Develop strategies to meet or exceed renewal targets for domains, APIs, and other relevant services.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to understand product/service improvements and upsell opportunities for clients.
  2. Timely Domain Renewals:
    • Ensure smooth, timely processing of domain renewals to prevent service interruptions.
    • Develop and implement a system to track renewal deadlines and initiate renewal discussions well in advance.
    • Communicate with clients proactively regarding their renewal needs and offer value-added solutions.
  3. Payment Recovery:
    • Monitor and track payment statuses, following up on overdue invoices in a timely and professional manner.
    • Work with clients to resolve any billing disputes or payment issues.
    • Maintain accurate records of payment recovery progress and report regularly to management.
  4. Generate Software Business from Existing Clients:
    • Identify and leverage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base to expand software business.
    • Work closely with the sales and technical teams to tailor solutions based on client needs and business goals.
    • Drive new software product initiatives and integrations for current clients to enhance their satisfaction and increase revenue.
  5. SLA / Agreement Preparation:
    • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to develop and prepare customized Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that align with client needs.
    • Ensure that all contractual agreements reflect accurate service delivery standards, timelines, and client expectations.
    • Regularly review and update SLAs to maintain relevance and compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in account management, client relations, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, domains, and software services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of SLAs, contracts, and payment recovery processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools.
  • A proactive and client-centric mind-set with a focus on building long-term relationships.
