Design and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions for complex business purchasing systems
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to develop innovative technological approaches
Lead technical projects involving distributed systems, web development, and front-end/back-end design
Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
Analyze system performance and implement optimizations to enhance user experience

5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
