Job Description
Job responsibilites -
The key result areas (KRAs) will be
1) achievement of quarterly revenue target
2) prospect to SOW conversion %
3) quality of deliverables (proposals, due diligence reports)
4) internal stakeholder / external customer feedback
Active involvement and ownership in the consulting assignments:
- Create pro-active proposals for clients in discussion with sales teams
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements, align objectives, and build consensus on process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and business cases to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Present proposed solutions to end clients
- Good understanding of pricing models, engagement models and operating models
- Strong skills in story-telling and building narratives in the backdrop of client requirements, covering operations run, Digital transformation and Change.
- Lead cross functional teams to drive consulting assignments and deliver client outcomes
- Provide guidance and mentoring to the resources from cross functional teams
- The role will require thorough knowledge of Hexawares capability, credentials and frameworks along with the existing solutions and offerings in this space
Criteria's
- 10+ years of experience in process consulting, operational excellence, or a related role, with a strong focus on BFS clients.
- Demonstrated expertise in process assessments, gap analysis, risk assessments, and capacity modeling.
- Experience in leading large-scale transformation projects in the BFS domain
- Lead risk assessments to identify operational, regulatory, and compliance risks within critical business processes, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Design and execute transformation assessments to evaluate the feasibility, impact, and ROI of proposed process changes or digital transformation initiatives
- Experience of leading teams (direct and cross-functional) is a pre-requisite
- Candidates willingness to travel (short duration to domestic and global locations) in short notices is a key business pre-requisite
- Excellent communication skills is a key pre-requisite
- Experience in a remote working environment
- Experience in onshore/offshore consulting projects
- Valid passport and US visa preferred

Qualification: Graduate with MBA (MBA not mandatory but preferred)
