Client Acquisition- Identify and target potential FTL customers across sectors (manufacturing, retail, FMCG, Electronics etc.)
Pricing & Quotation- Prepare and share competitive FTL pricing (self sourcing + help from supply/ops team) based on market conditions, lane, and vehicle type.
Revenue & Volume Targets- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients. Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and long term contracts.
Cross functional collaboration- Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure vehicle availability, timely pickups and deliveries.
