About Shiprocket Quick:

Shiprocket Quick is an instant hyperlocal delivery platform providing on-demand delivery via

trucks and bikers for retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, and more.


Role Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Team Lead to drive new client acquisition through an outsourced

Fleet on Street model. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing on-ground

sales teams and onboarding offline customers, preferably from companies like Porter, Uncle

Delivery, or similar hyperlocal logistics firms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Fleet on Street team to acquire new business clients.
  • Identify and onboard retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, and other businesses.
  • Execute sales strategies to maximize client acquisition and market penetration.
  • Track daily sales performance and ensure target achievement.
  • Build strong relationships with local businesses to drive engagement.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, field operations, or business development, preferably in hyperlocal logistics.
  • Experience managing on-ground sales teams and acquiring offline customers.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
