Job Description

Job Summary:

The Transport Coordinator is responsible for route planning, vehicle allocation, and ensuring the timely movement of employees, with optimal use of the MoveInSync portal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and optimize daily employee transport routes using the MoveInSync tool.
• Coordinate with transport vendors to manage trip schedules and real-time updates.
• Ensure compliance with transport protocols, including escort mandates and vehicle hygiene standards.
• Monitor and address real-time exceptions such as no-shows, trip cancellations, and delays.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding changes, incidents, or delays.
• Support internal and external transport audits by maintaining accurate documentation.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in employee transport management.
• Proficiency in MoveInSync operations (routing, scheduling, tracking).
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
