Job Description
1.
Monitoring Daily Accounting, Financial & Operational Activities
- Accept the order which was booked by the sales on daily basis/as per the request.
- Ensure all documents provided are as per specified KYC standards of the company Policy.
- Follow the company sale policy diligently at the time of order acceptance in terms of discount, product specification & exceptional approval.
- Generate the invoice on a daily basis.
- Reply to all the queries raised from the sales.
- Match off the invoices on regular basis
- Payment update for the outstanding collections
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Work on Payout process for channel partners and DSA.
- Maintain all types of MIS and reconcile and share reports as and when required.
2.
Closing Activity & MIS Reporting
- Invoicing reconciliation, so that no invoice is left to generate the invoice in the system.
- Maintain Debtors file & on regular basis inform sales for the credit expiration date.
- Make sure all the orders are booked in the system before the closing.
