Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Greet and assist patients, visitors, and callers with professionalism and courtesy.
Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other operational staff for smooth patient flow.
Maintain front desk records, files, and documentation accurately.
Handle basic billing, enquiries, and administrative tasks.
Ensure the reception area is organized, clean, and welcoming.
Escalate issues or patient complaints to the manager promptly.

Preferred candidate profile

Good Communication Skills

Can speak Hindi, English, Gujarati

Empathetic and Hardworking
