Job Description
We are hiring for Corporate action
Job Title: Associate
Location: Malad & Goregaon , Mumbai (Hybrid)
Experience: 5 to 8 Years in Corporate action
Shift: Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Scrub and set up corporate action events in internal systems (e.g., Picasso)
- Monitor global positions (settled/pending) for corporate action eligibility
- Manage corporate action lifecycle: announcement, notification, elections, and booking
- Handle voluntary event instructions and communicate with custodians/agents
- Ensure accurate processing and reconciliation of proceeds on payment date
- Serve as the main point of contact for corporate action operations (internal & external)
- Become SME on market-specific corporate actions and contribute expert insights
- Report regularly on event statuses and escalate issues where necessary
Key Skills & Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate actions (global markets preferred)
- Strong knowledge of corporate action types
- Familiarity with systems like Calypso, Picasso, Power, etc.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving abilities
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Fluent in English (French speaker is a positive aspect)
- Compliant with local guidance and conformity policies
- Proactive and extremely rigorous
- Strong analytics capabilities and problem solving to adapt context.
- Able to work under pressure and in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Dispose strong team spirit and client focus mindset.
- Financial markets knowledge
Specific Qualifications
- Preferred a Bachelor on accounting, Mathematics or Finance.
- Capacity to analyze, organize and report efficiently.
- Flexibility on working methods and changing international environment.
- Rigorous and reactive in order to face pressure and reach excellence anytime
- Diligently follow the set procedures and Compliance policies
- Knowledge of financial markets and products, and easiness/expertise in dealing with Excel.
