Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with strong Oracle PL/SQL skills to work on enterprise-grade applications in the banking/financial services domain. This role involves full lifecycle application development, from technical analysis to coding, testing, performance tuning, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business analysts and users to understand requirements
  
• Conduct technical analysis, impact assessments, and design for GUI, backend, and database
  
• Develop, test, and support application features in Java/J2EE and PL/SQL
  
• Optimize performance of Oracle queries and procedures
  
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members
  
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative development
  

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile practices, and multi-tiered system architecture
  
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  
• Prior experience in offshore-onshore delivery models preferred
