Job Description
Role Overview
The Marketing Content Developer will be responsible for developing high-impact, engaging, and brand-aligned content that supports our demand generation, digital marketing, and thought leadership initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the B2B technology landscape and be able to translate complex IT services and solutions into compelling, accessible narratives.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and edit clear, persuasive, and original content for various digital marketing assets, including:
- Website copy (service & product pages, landing pages)
- Blog, articles and white papers
- Case studies and client success stories
- Email campaigns and newsletters
- Social media posts and ad copy
- Video scripts and infographics
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts, sales teams, and designers to produce content aligned with campaign goals and audience needs.
- Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content formats.
- Conduct basic SEO research and incorporate keywords into content to drive organic reach.
- Stay updated with trends in IT services, digital transformation, and content marketing best practices.
- Proofread and optimize content for grammar, clarity, readability, and impact.
Primary Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 23 years of experience in B2B content writing, preferably in the IT services or technology sector.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with blogs, web copy, and long-form content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot), and content analytics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience writing for a global audience.
- Basic knowledge of IT concepts such as cloud computing, AI/ML, enterprise software, or data analytics.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and product teams.
