Job Description
- As a Manager - Quality, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards
- Responsibilities: - * Conduct detailed analysis of existing fixed price processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement from end to end, that is, contracting terms to delivery to sign offs
- * Develop and implement optimized processes for fixed price projects, ensure alignment with business goals and client requirements
- * Monitor and manage costs associated with fixed price projects to ensure profitability and adherence to budget
- * Work closely with project managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of process changes
- * Provide training and support to teams on new processes and best practices for managing fixed price projects
- * Establish metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of new processes and drive continuous improvement
- * Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Experience: - * 8 - 10 YearsLocation: - * Mumbai * Pune * Bangalore * Hyderabad * ChennaiEducational Qualifications: - * Engineering Degree - BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc
- * Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable
- Skills: -Mandatory Technical skills * Process modeling tools * Data analysis * Project management softwareGood to have skills: - * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
