Duties and Responsibilities
- E-commerce receivable handle Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart etc.
- E-commerce commission working Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart etc.
- E-commerce SPF / SAFE-T claim - Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart etc.
- Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger management.
- GST and TDS Return Filing & Payment
- Prepare and present monthly financial statements and reports to senior management.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights on financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and real estate financial standards.
- Conduct regular audits and prepare documentation for external auditors.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with property managers and other departments to ensure financial accuracy and operational alignment
- Manage cash flow and perform financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering professional development and teamwork.
Skills required
. Knowledge of Banking, Accounts, GST and TDS
Good command over MS-Excel & MS-Word
Good understanding of accounting principles
Ability to keep documents and data well organized.
