Job Description

What would you be doing/ Expected from this role?

• Communicating with potential job candidates.
• Contacting candidate references and verifying education listings.
• Managing 6-9 Dark Stores & need to visit stores regularly
• Employee Engagement & Attrition Management
• Managing HR records including resumes, applicant logs, and employee forms.
• Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion.
• Issuing new employees with enrolment documents.
• Conducting employee orientations.
• Explaining employee benefits.
• Responding to HR-related queries within the company.
• Maintaining employee confidentiality.
• Creating an open environment for communication.
• Overseeing termination process.
• Helping with Payroll process.
• Hiring and retaining talent of the organization.
• Attendance management & leave management.
• Handling employee grievance.

Who are we looking for?

Minimum 2 to 6 years of experience in HR Operations & Generalist role.

Impressive knowledge in the retail & ecommerce industry

Must be good in handling attendance management, payroll management, creation of PF ESI,

Grievance handling and employee engagement activities.

Shift timings: 9hours shift

Working days: 6days working
